Summary Responsible for coordinating the movement and monitoring the status of all vehicles in the load lanes. Main point of contact for the Vehicle Logistics and Rail Team, regarding issues with load land vehicles. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Responsibilities Monitor the status of the vehicles in the load lanes to ensure they are parked correctly and in the right location. Run reports throughout the shift to identify and resolve issues including, but not limited to: unreleased vehicles, repair vehicles, open activities. Respond to Truck carries and rail issues promptly. Secondary Open and pull R/O’s from the load lanes. Resolve dead batteries. Ensure vehicle locations are updated. Bay up vehicles as needed. Notify management of any issues regarding the condition of the load lanes: asphalt condition, littler, poor lighting, etc. Shuttle vehicles as required by management. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Good interpersonal skills in order to work well as a team Good driving record Prior leadership experience Education & Experience HS Diploma/G.E.D Required Physical Requirements Stand/Walk Drive Lift/Carry up to 25lbs Push/Pull Reach Working and Environmental Conditions This position works in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting.
