Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking a Transportation Technician 3 (TMC Tech III) to join our team in a traffic management control room environment. In this role, you will monitor roadways using traffic systems and coordinate incident response to ensure safe and efficient travel for motorists.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor traffic conditions using surveillance cameras and detection systems Operate computer-based traffic management software Dispatch emergency and maintenance personnel as needed Communicate with multiple agencies to coordinate response to traffic incidents Log incidents and track traffic data Perform routine checks on traffic devices and report issues Provide updates and support to leadership as needed

Qualifications:

Customer service or dispatch/call center experience (preferred) Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and Outlook Ability to work independently and within a team Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
