We are dedicated to providing world-class training grounds for racehorses and maintaining pristine conditions for equine athletes and their handlers. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain heavy equipment (tractors, water trucks, etc.) Perform regular surface maintenance, including harrowing and watering of training track Maintain track safety, footing consistency, and drainage systems Conduct facility repairs and assist with grounds upkeep Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow scheduled routines Work in coordination with facility management and training staff Assist with handling horses if needed
Requirements:
Experience required with heavy equipment operation Previous work at a thoroughbred training or racing facility Familiarity with racetrack footing types and maintenance protocols Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Availability to work overnight and/or very early in the morning
