Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools and associated equipment to ensure they are in excellent working condition. Your role is vital in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of swimming pools, spas, and associated equipment. Monitor and maintain proper water chemical balance including pH, chlorine levels, and other necessary chemicals to ensure water quality and safety. Conduct equipment inspections and troubleshoot issues with pool equipment, providing necessary repairs and replacements. Maintain accurate records of water test results, chemical treatments, maintenance activities, and repairs. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring exceptional customer service. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to efficiently complete tasks and projects. Stay updated on industry best practices, advancements, and technology through continuous learning and training.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a pool technician or in a related field preferred but willing to train the right person who is willing to learn and take direction. Knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment operations preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
