Reconditioning Specialist SR1 Equipment 7 Wales Bridge Road, Loudon, NH 03307 Overview We are seeking a dedicated reconditioning specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality service for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in detailing, reconditioning, and perform minor painting. Responsibilities Clean and recondition equipment, and attachments for customer delivery Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks including a pressure washer Perform minor painting when needed to recondition equipment Assist with moving and staging of equipment Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure completion of work in a timely manner Experience Prior experience in reconditioning preferred. Basic maintenance and assembly utilizing hand tools Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently. Ability to drive heavy equipment and tractors communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively Previous experience working within a dealership environment is a plus.
