Adjuster Job Summary $26.00 per hour Plus $1.50 Shift Differential for Night Shift Hours 7p -7am (Must Train on 1st shift for at least a few weeks) Train, coach and enforce all company policies. Train personnel to operate, adjust, repair, and maintain the machinery, performing the most complex work with the assistance of maintenance personnel. Perform Operator duties as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Production Manager or Plant Manager Adjuster Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required A strong background in Machine Operating and Maintenance High Mechanical aptitude; must have ability to read a ruler to 1/32″ Exceptional time management and organizational skills Good communication skills Intermediate computer and math skills Why PROMAN Staffing?
