Certifications Required:

Perform project design and technical support for civil engineering assignments. Participate in infrastructure planning, permitting, and inspection activities.

Minimum Credentials:

PE (Professional Engineer) , CCM (Certified Construction Manager) , or EIT (Engineer-in-Training) (preferred for leadership roles) NICET Level IV Certification (for Chief Inspector roles) or NICET Level III/IV (Inspector roles•as applicable) NETTCP Paving Certification ATTSA (Traffic Control Certification)

Technical Competencies:

Strong proficiency in construction documentation and correspondence preparation Proven ability to manage inspection teams and collaborate with project personnel Record-keeping excellence and construction quality/safety assurance

Experience Requirements:

General Construction Experience:

5-10 years

Field Inspection Experience:

Minimum of 4 years

Supervisory Experience:

Minimum of 2 years (for Chief Inspector roles)
