Our goal is to make vacation rental ownership a great experience for our clients and to give our guests a memorable and relaxing vacation. We are a fast growing company with 36 large luxury vacation rentals that are all in and near Frangista Beach. We hold a high standard for the properties we bring to our company and the level at which maintain the properties as well. As a property inspector you will be assigned certain properties to inspect on a daily basis for departure and arrival inspections. You will also be required to conduct light maintenance work such as change light bulbs, air filters, batteries, etc. Any other maintenance experience is a plus. In the off-season you would conduct property inventories and restocking as well as working with the maintenance team on touch up painting projects. Starting salary will be $50k a year depending on qualifications plus an annual performance bonus starting at $4k a year. There is room for future growth into other positions as we are a fast growing company.
