ERMC also provides operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities in some of the world’s busiest airport locations. ERMC is seeking a Control Room Operator. The selected candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate all ground operations to ensure timely departures and arrivals. Communicate effectively with team members and airline personnel to facilitate smooth operations. Utilize operational systems to track aircraft movements and manage resources efficiently. Respond promptly to any operational issues or emergencies that may arise during ground handling. Maintain accurate records of all activities within the control room for reporting purposes. Assist in training new staff on control room procedures and protocols. Requirements Proven experience in a control room or similar operational environment is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with aviation operations or ground services is a plus.
