General Responsibilities:

The Master Control Operator for the Tamp Bay Girls Academy residential facility is responsible for driving the daily schedule by communicating with staff when it’s safe, clear, and time to make transitions throughout the facility.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with juveniles in a residential setting preferred.

NO FELONY CONVICTIONS.

Must pass a drug screen and background check and maintain eligibility for continued employment.
