Job Description

Aerospace Quality Control Inspector (3 Yrs Experience Required) Sal Aerospace Technologies Inc Miami, FL 33186 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our growing Structures Department team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our quality systems and processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Conduct inspections of incoming parts, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to assess product dimensions and tolerances. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with

ISO 9001

standards. Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to FAA regulations and OEM procedures throughout the repair process. Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies. Utilize Component Control (Quantum) software to process data. Requirements Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a Repair Station environment. Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, quality systems, and regulatory requirements including FAA Part 145, ISO 9001, EASA, CAA regulations. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve quality objectives. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
