Job Description

Overview Responsible for an ongoing audit of all crewmember training forms/records to ensure Atlas and FAA compliance. Maintains all crewmember qualifications in the AIMS computer system. Tracks and audits crewmembers enrolled or exiting the Special Tracking program. Responsibilities Track and audit crewmembers enrolled or exiting the Special Tracking program that monitors and improve the performance of flight crew members by addressing the proficiency issues of crewmembers and provides more focused and direct training and/or checking Monitor and update AIMS crew categories, interfacing with the training scheduling department Work jointly with the Lead Training Records Administrator on the FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) used to facilitate the sharing of pilot records among air carriers and operators in a clearinghouse managed by the Federal Aviation Administration for new hires and current employees Verifies receipt and audit of crew New Hire documentation to ensure documents are current and accurate in AIMS Maintains all flight crew training records to ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations and company manuals Provides crew scheduling flight crew data that determines if a crewmember is qualified and current to perform assigned duties Audits crew training records periodically to ensure all required documentation and data is in the appropriate training folder and is current Notifies flight crewmembers of any discrepancies or omissions in their training file Notifies flight crewmembers when a required document will expire Responsible for the audit and entry of all Check Airmen and Instructor records Assist with departmental training of Training Records Admin new hires Qualifications A minimum of two years of comprehensive airline training records or related experience High School Diploma required

Salary Range:
