North Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34243 Looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Dispatch Desk at a flight school. This position is the first interaction for new and returning customers, and serves a the key central communications hub for all departments – maintenance, operations, and administration. We are a medium sized business, looking for dependability and good personality fit. Customer Service background a must, and Aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities to include:

Meet and greet customers Answer phones, route calls, make reservations Oversee fleet location coordinating with maintenance team Dispatch aircraft to students and renters Check-in flights and invoice customers Inventory/sell retail pilot supply items and more… We are locally owned and operated and have been in business since 1994. This job is great for someone who loves to interact with people and can multitask with a smile.
