The ideal candidate will oversee all dispatch operations, ensuring efficient communication and coordination between security personnel and clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent decision-making abilities, and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents and emergencies. Monitor surveillance systems and alarm notifications to identify and address security threats promptly. Dispatch security personnel to designated locations based on priority and urgency. Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including incident reports and communication logs. Provide guidance and support to dispatch staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for dispatch operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve dispatch processes and systems. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards related to dispatch operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in security dispatching or related field, with at least 5 years in a dispatch role. Strong leadership abilities and excellent decision-making skills. Proficiency in using dispatch software and surveillance systems. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management principles. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
