Work Hours & Pay:

Full-time role with steady work Travel up to 90% during your first year Competitive pay: Starting at $24.97 per hour (paid weekly) , increasing to $27.50 per hour after direct hire Company-provided truck for work-related travel All travel expenses covered while on the job Benefits and bonus programs start after direct hire

Your Responsibilities:

Supervise and support traffic control flaggers , ensuring DOT compliance and safety standards Install, repair, and replace traffic signs, pavement markings, and control devices to maintain roadway safety Set up and maintain temporary traffic control devices in work zones to protect workers and motorists Collect and analyze traffic data such as speed patterns and accident rates to improve traffic flow Assist with traffic control planning for signal timings, speed restrictions, and work zones Operate specialized equipment to install and maintain signage and signals Communicate with the public , addressing traffic-related concerns and questions Ensure safety compliance by following strict guidelines for traffic control operations Maintain records of work activities and installations for future reference

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification:

Must have a valid TCT ATSSA or equivalent certification

Physical Fitness:
