Job Description:

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Certified Flaggers to join our team for the day shift in Maiden, NC . This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the safety of both workers and drivers on construction sites and roadwork zones during night operations. Not certified? That’s okay! Our training will begin next week in Charlotte.

Responsibilities:

Direct and control the flow of traffic in construction zones and roadwork areas. Ensure the safety of all workers and drivers by following traffic control plans and guidelines. Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barriers. Communicate effectively with the team, contractors, and the public to ensure smooth operations. Monitor traffic conditions and report any issues or accidents promptly. Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Must be reliable and able to work the scheduled day shift (7am start) Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
