Full Job Description Position Summary:
MAG Aerospace is seeking a Junior Simulator Operator to support simulation-based training environments. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in simulation software, drone operations, and flight training systems. You will work with simulation tools to help deliver realistic and effective training experiences. This is a Tier III Part time/ on call position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to: Operate Battlespace Simulations Inc. (BSI) MACE-EW and ARMOR software during training scenarios. Assist in creating and running simulated scenarios for training missions. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to simulation and streaming systems. Support instructors and operators during drone or flight training sessions. Help maintain simulator equipment and ensure systems run smoothly.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements The required skills and knowledge include: Basic understanding of drone operations or unmanned aerial systems (UAS). General IT knowledge, including basic troubleshooting of software and hardware. Interest or experience in flight simulation, drone flying, or related fields. Willingness to learn new systems and work in a hands-on training environment. Education The minimum level of education required is: High school diploma Preferred (but not required) Familiarity with simulation platforms such as MACE or ARMOR. Background in aviation-related hobbies, training, or support roles. Exposure to flight or tactical simulators.
