Job Description:

Console Operator II needed to support our client’s EnterpriseSecurity Command Center (ESCC) in Charlotte, NC. This criticalonsite role ensures the safety and security of employees, property,and operations by monitoring and responding to electronic securitysystems and incidents across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma / GED and a minimum 3 years of experience in aSecurity Operations Center, 911 dispatch, law enforcement, ortechnical support for physical access control systems (e.g., AMAGSymmetry) Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Training ⪼hedule All candidates must be able to train on 1st shift for thefirst 4-6 weeks. Shifts will be assigned after training iscompleted
