We’re seeking a dynamic Traffic Control Trainer to join our team. Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive traffic control training programs aligned with NCDOT standards and industry best practices. Conduct classroom and field training sessions for a diverse audience, including new hires and experienced professionals. Create and maintain engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids. Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve knowledge and skills. Stay current with the latest traffic control regulations, standards, and industry trends. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and safety officers to identify training needs and develop customized solutions. Travel to various project sites and attend industry conferences to represent the company and promote safety.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of NCDOT traffic control standards and regulations Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to teach and train a diverse audience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to travel as needed Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:
