Your primary responsibility will be to control and direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic, using signaling devices and clear communication, to maintain a safe and efficient environment. Job Qualifications Must have reliable transportation to our office Use Stop/Slow paddles to control the flow of traffic Effective communication using a 2-way radio Provide guidance to ensure that City, State and MUTCD standards are met on every work site Be able to warn construction/utility workers when approaching vehicles have failed to adhere to the current traffic signals to prevent accidents and injuries to workers and other motorist Be able to lift 50lbs Be able to stand for long periods of time Be okay working outside Must be a team player Job Requirements Ability to do light to moderate travel in a company vehicle Readiness to be on-call Capable of passing company drug screening & background check
