This role is essential in delivering a positive first and last impression, assisting individuals in and out of vehicles, and ensuring smooth traffic flow at the hospital entrance.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist with directions or hospital information. Safely drive, park, and retrieve patient and visitor vehicles. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the valet area. Assist patients and visitors with wheelchairs or other mobility aids as needed. Monitor and control traffic flow in and around the hospital entrance. Follow all hospital safety policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles using valet tickets or electronic systems. Provide exceptional customer service under high-pressure and emotionally charged situations. Handle keys and vehicles responsibly to prevent damage or loss. Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must pass background check and drug screening
