Salary:
$11.00 – $15.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the lot, ensuring vehicles are presented impeccably for customers. Assist in relocating vehicles on the lot as per dealership requirements, supporting sales and inventory operations. Conduct basic inspections of vehicles, ensuring they meet quality standards before showcasing them to potential clients. Provide support to the sales and service department with vehicle deliveries and customer pickup/drop-offs. Fuel vehicles and ensure fluids are at appropriate levels, contributing to operational readiness. Maintain the showroom appearance by ensuring vehicle displays are clean and well-organized. Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
