The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient management of parking operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in guest services or hospitality and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you! All applicants must have a valid drivers license. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Manage the flow of traffic in the parking area to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Operate vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, as needed for valet services. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure a positive experience. Assist in managing parking permits and validating tickets as necessary. Experience Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred. Familiarity with valet parking operations is a plus. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles. candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse guests. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Knowledge of retail math is beneficial for managing transactions accurately.
