The Flex Associate supports various dealership functions, including Reception, Service Reception, and Valet. This role requires adaptability and a customer-first attitude. You may work in one department for a full shift or rotate between areas as needed to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Service Reception Duties:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Answer and transfer calls using a multi-line phone system Page staff and relay messages professionally Assist with basic clerical duties and customer check-in Maintain a welcoming and clean reception area Interact with customers and vendors in a courteous manner Make outbound calls to customers for service appointments

Valet Duties:

Greet service customers upon arrival and direct them appropriately Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently Bring up vehicles for customer pick-up Wash vehicles as directed Maintain a clean and organized service drive Assist with daily trash, tire, and battery removal Perform light facility upkeep and errands as needed

Additional Expectations:

Adhere to assigned schedules including required Saturdays (7AM

• 4PM) and Sundays (12PM
• 6PM) Follow Gettel’s 10-5-First-Last and “My Pleasure” customer contact process Represent the dealership with professionalism, courtesy, and reliability Alert management to any safety, customer service, or operational concerns
