You may need to enforce parking rules at night, during events, or early mornings when no one else is around. Are you comfortable doing this kind of work independently and consistently? Enforcement requires remaining calm and respectful—even when someone yells, threatens to call your boss, or refuses to move their car. Tell me how you’d handle that kind of situation. This role doesn’t come with someone watching over your shoulder. How do you ensure you’re staying productive, thorough, and on schedule? We rely on photo documentation for enforcement and maintenance logs. Are you comfortable using a smartphone to take photos, upload notes, and communicate with the team? This role requires being on your feet all day, working in the sun or rain, lifting heavy materials, and getting dirty. Are you physically prepared and willing to do this consistently? When it comes to lot cleanup, are you comfortable regularly collecting trash, sweeping, removing debris, and maintaining a clean appearance without being asked? Do you have experience using any of the following: gas-powered tampers, paint stripers, drills, grinders, concrete patch kits, or pressure washers? If so, please explain.
