None of our assignments come from Forwarders. Join our dynamic team as a Lot Attendant based in our Hollywood Office . Working on a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm . At RRA, we believe in more than just seizing vehicles; we seize opportunities. As part of the team, here’s what’s expected from you:
Vehicle Management:
Receive, inspect, and document repossessed vehicles upon arrival. Inventory and storing property from vehicles. Label and store properties properly in designated areas. Staging, organizing, and maintaining an efficient layout of vehicles within the lot. Pulling vehicles for transport.
Inspections and Documentation:
Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles for damages, ensuring accurate documentation. Keep precise records of vehicle conditions, locations, and relevant details. Taking photos of the inside and outside of the vehicles. Uploading and updating our systems properly.
Coordination and Communication:
Communicate effectively with field agents to coordinate the timely retrieval of vehicles. Assist in coordinating the release of vehicles for transport. Work closely with team members to streamline lot operations. Communicate effectively with field agents and other staff for efficient workflow.
Lot Security and Safety:
Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the lot. Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free working environment.
What you NEED to have:
Forklift Certified A valid driver’s license with a clean record. No criminal record, pass the background check of the company. Compliance with drug testing. Knowledge of basic automative mechanics and understanding of vehicle conditions. Keen attention to detail, highly communicative, strong organizational skills, proactive self-starter with high initiative. Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks. Familiarity with RDN, and ClearData is a plus. What’s in it for you:
