REQUIREMENTS:
Communicate professionally at all times with residents, guests, and management. Provide excellent customer service for residents and guests. Safely park and retrieve all customer vehicles. Be courteous and helpful at all times. Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with no major moving violations. Must be able to read and speak English. Grooming and a professional appearance is imperative. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must have a clean criminal background.
