As a Parking Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas. Safely drive and park vehicles while adhering to all traffic regulations. Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Communicate effectively with customers regarding parking procedures and policies. Assist in resolving any customer inquiries or issues related to parking services. Utilize cash registers or point-of-sale systems for processing payments. Ensure that all vehicles are parked securely and monitored for safety. Provide valet parking services when required, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling processes and retail math is advantageous. Experience with valet parking or working in a dealership setting is a plus.
