Dealership Valet Manager Classet Naples, FL DealerFLEX is hiring for Dealership Valet Manger!: DealerFLEX is hiring a Dealership Valet Manager to lead and oversee valet operations at our Naples, FL location. This full-time, on-site leadership position is perfect for someone with strong management experience, excellent customer service skills, and a background in driving or automotive services. As the Valet Manager, you’ll be responsible for team supervision, scheduling, and ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered daily. Responsibilities:
: Supervise and coordinate the dealership’s valet staff and activities Monitor employee timeclocks and manage weekly scheduling Ensure prompt, safe, and courteous service to all dealership customers Conduct interviews and support hiring initiatives as needed Fill in for shifts or support peak hours as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license Previous experience in a management or supervisory role At least 1 year of customer service experience Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM, with flexibility to cover additional shifts Nice to
