Parking Attendant Coastal valet Naples, FL 34117 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with parking their vehicles. Safely drive and park vehicles in designated areas while adhering to all traffic regulations. Operate cash registers for payment processing and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Communicate effectively with customers regarding parking policies and procedures. Assist in managing valet parking operations when required. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient parking operations. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, retail, or dealership environments is preferred. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and confidently.
