Manage the flow of traffic in and out of the parking area. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately using a cash register. Provide information about the facility, local attractions, and services available. Ensure the safety and security of vehicles parked on-site. Assist with valet parking duties as needed, including driving vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the parking area. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele. Familiarity with valet parking operations is a plus. Strong cash handling skills and experience operating cash registers. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission.
