The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the parking lot, retrieving carts promptly, and providing excellent customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES
Retrieve carts promptly and consistently throughout the day Do not wait for carts to pile up; maintain a steady flow Conduct frequent walkthroughs, including less visible areas like the employee parking lot Maintain efficiency and pace to ensure carts are always available at the store entrance Offer assistance to customers with: large or heavy items, multiple carts or flatbeds, and/or fully loaded carts Provide priority support to elderly or physically limited individuals Respond immediately when directed by management to assist a customer Remove large debris (boxes, bags, containers) as soon as it’s spotted Conduct full lot sweeps every 2 hours; this includes the back lot and fenced area Work as part of a team to rotate maintenance duties
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age High School or GED Graduate, education is a must Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Adhere to temperature controlled environment Adhere to all safety, health, weights, and measures regulations High standard of integrity and reliability Flexible work schedule & availability
Previous Job Experience:
Meat / Retail experience Preferred
