As a valet attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience with us. Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, using their name throughout all interactions to make them feel valued. Assist guests with transportation of luggage to and from rooms, delivering messages, valet/laundry requests, and other essentials. Park and retrieve guest vehicles quickly, efficiently, and courteously—always maintaining a high standard of service. Stay informed about local attractions, events, and hotel activities to provide guests with information and enhance their stay. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Guest Service Areas, ensuring a polished environment for both guests and team members.
Skills & Requirements:
Ability to drive all types of vehicles, including manual transmission (experience preferred but not necessary!). Valid driver’s license and a reliable method of transportation to and from work. Ability to pass a background and drug test. Prior valet experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Well-groomed and able to present a polished, professional appearance. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and go above and beyond for our guests.
Hours:
