Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of similar experience preferred The optimal candidate would be open to working a 4a-12p shift or a 12p-8p shift.

We are looking for flexibility. The rate is $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary:

A Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and organization of parking facilities. They assist customers with parking, handle cash transactions, and ensure the parking area is secure.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Drivers :

Guide drivers to open parking spots and assist with parking if necessary.

Issue Tickets :

Provide parking tickets and collect payments.

Maintain Cleanliness :

Keep the parking area clean by picking up trash and debris.

Security :

Monitor the parking area to prevent theft or damage to vehicles.

Customer Assistance :

Help customers with vehicle issues such as flat tires or dead batteries.

Enforce Rules :

Ensure parking rules and regulations are followed and report violations.

Minor Maintenance :

Perform minor maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs.

Customer Service :

Address customer complaints and queries, providing excellent service. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
