We are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our valet service team. This fast-paced, guest-facing role would oversee the parking operations and ensure a smooth, efficient and safe parking experience.

Key Responsibilities include:
Guest Arrival and Departure Experience:

Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Open vehicle doors and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicle. Provide luggage assistance when needed and ensure guests belongings are handled with care. Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner according to standard operating procedures.

Customer Service & Communication:

Offer guests information about the resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation options. Remain attentive to VIPs, group arrivals, and special guest requests. Provide directions and respond to general inquiries with confidence and professionalism. Help with claims investigations and guest follow-ups. Observe the 10-5 rule when hotel guests are present. Admin Responsible for claims and safety training, prevention initiatives. Assisting the team with operational, safety, and service success at the hotel Help with the preparation of budgets/monthly reviews of profit/loss for the property

Parking Area Management:

Keep vehicles secure by checking all claim check numbers when cars are retrieved. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area, front drive, and surrounding spaces. Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards in the parking lots, garage, or guest areas. Follow proper key and vehicle tracking procedures to ensure guest property is secure.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all traffic laws, property driving policies, and safety standards while operating guest and company vehicles. Use proper lifting techniques and body mechanics to reduce the risk of injury. Remain aware of your surroundings to prevent accidents or hazards in high-traffic areas. Promptly report incidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions to leadership. Participate in safety training programs and demonstrate commitment to a safe work environment for guests and fellow team members.

What You Will Bring:

High School or equivalent Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Prior experience in hospitality or valet experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Effective communication and strong customer service skills Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods or for an entire work shift Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the
