The Concierge / Valet / Lot Attendant will assist the Dealership by greeting, guiding and directing guests and their vehicles to appropriate locations. Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Greet all guests entering the Service Department; Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot; Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles; Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities; Direct guests to appropriate sales, service or parts personnel as needed; Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested; Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered; Assist the Service and Sales Department with additional duties and tasks as needed. Ensure loaner vehicles clean and available as needed Maintain an accurate log of use and availability of loaner vehicles .

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

Have the ability to and be comfortable sitting, standing, walking and driving a vehicle for extended periods of time; Possess a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance; Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks in a team environment; Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements including a clean criminal background, a valid driver’s license and a pre-employment drug screen; Must possess the ability to be responsible, level-headed and professional at all times; Have a flexible work schedule including the ability to work a varied schedule Monday through Saturday; Must be able to drive manual transmission cars
