Valet Supervisor 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Aventura, FL 33180 Luxury Condo| South Florida Paradise Parking is seeking an experienced Valet Supervisor to oversee valet operations at a high-end condo property in South Florida. This is a full-time position, ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate valet attendants to ensure efficient parking operations. Provide leadership and training to maintain the highest level of service. Oversee the safety and security of vehicles and valet staff during the shift. Monitor traffic flow and implement solutions to optimize parking efficiency. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Maintain detailed shift reports and incident logs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within valet, hospitality, or parking operations. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Valid social security number or work authorization. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Well-groomed, professional appearance. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
