AIRPORT PARKING LOT ATTENDANT / FRONT DESK SPECIALIST ORANGE CAR TRADER LLC

- Airport Parking Lot Attendant / Front Desk Specialist
- Job Summary providing excellent customer service, managing vehicle check-ins and check-outs, maintaining security and cleanliness of the lot, and assisting travelers with parking logistics and inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities:
### 1.
- Customer Service & Front Desk
- Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
- Check in and check out vehicles using software or paper logs.
- Handle customer reservations, inquiries, and complaints.
- Provide directions and shuttle assistance information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails as needed.
- Upsell services such as car washes, premium spots, or valet service. ### 2.
- Vehicle Check-In / Check-Out
- Inspect vehicles upon arrival and departure (note damages, fuel level, mileage).
- Tag and record vehicle location (zone, row, or parking number).
- Issue and collect claim tickets or parking passes. ### 3.
- Payment and Transactions
- Process payments via cash, credit card, or mobile methods.
- Issue receipts and maintain daily cash reconciliation logs.
- Apply promotions, discounts, or validations when applicable. ### 4.
- Lot Monitoring & Safety
- Patrol parking lot to ensure vehicles are parked properly and safely.
- Report any suspicious behavior or security issues.
- Monitor lot capacity and report availability to management.
- Ensure fire lanes and emergency access points are clear. ### 5.
- Operational Support
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk, waiting area, and parking premises.
- Assist with shuttle coordination and passenger loading zones.
- Operate gates, ticket machines, or valet equipment when needed. ### 6.
- Record Keeping & Reporting
- Log incidents, damage claims, lost ticket issues, or customer disputes.
- Maintain shift reports and log vehicle activity data.
- Report mechanical or equipment issues to maintenance staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.
- Able to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$15.00 – $16.50 per hour
