What You’ll Do:

Drive cars to deliver or pick up units from various locations in a timely and safe manner. Wash and clean interior and exterior cars to ensure they are in pristine condition for delivery. Performing final inspections to ensure they meet company standards & ensuring all necessary documentation and accessories are included with the vehicle. Move and organize vehicles within the lot to maintain an orderly arrangement. Transport Parts/Supplies between service centers or to other designated locations. Ensure parts are handled with care and delivered promptly. Interact with customers to deliver vehicles or parts, ensuring a positive customer experience. Provide basic information and assistance as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while driving and handling vehicles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system Ensure customer experience is best-in-class: authentic, engaging, educational and aligned with our values and culture Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the lot and during deliveries. Update logs and reports as required by the service center management. Take on additional projects, duties and assignments as required and/or by request from the field leadership
