The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dealership lot while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed. Assist customers with parking and retrieving their vehicles, providing valet parking services when necessary. Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure that all vehicles are in good condition for display. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide outstanding customer service. Handle cash transactions accurately when assisting with guest services. Support sales staff by moving vehicles as needed for test drives or customer appointments. Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and vehicle tracking. Provide assistance in other areas of the dealership as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

MUST BE HARD WORKING

Qualifications Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, with a focus on guest services. Ability to drive both manual transmission and automatic vehicles confidently. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse customers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
