• West Palm Beach, FL Job description Valet Supervisor As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for the execution of daily valet operations at one of One Parking’s premier valet locations.

You will set the tone for the customer experience and uphold expectations and standards across the team. Attention to detail, a love for developing team members, and a passion for hospitality are a must for this role. An ability to adapt to shifting priorities, support valet team members, and provide top tier service for guests are a requirement.

Tasks:

• Key contributor to developing valet employees and supporting training requirements.
• Execution of valet operations in accordance with One Parking and related brand behavioral standards and operating procedures.
• Ensure that the team follows and enforces policies and procedures with a focus on hospitality.
• Attention to detail in maintaining the cosmetic appearance near company branded stations including valet podiums, uniform code compliance, etc.
• Ensure the highest level customer experience is occurring at all valet touchpoints
• Engage positively with customers and take action to resolve issues, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Actively seek and provide feedback with One Parking management, incorporating feedback into development plans.

Experience:

Supervisor/Management and previous valet experience required.
