If you enjoy keeping your space tidy and clean, then we want you to work with our terrific team serving a Condo Community in Davenport, FL. We are currently looking for a part-time Clubhouse Attendant for the community clubhouse, gym, restrooms, and pool areas. This position is part-time working Saturdays and Sundays only.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior to include bathrooms, café, furniture, gym equipment, and pool deck furniture. Dust rooms and furniture, Clean restrooms, locker rooms, and showers. Restock soap dispensers and hygiene supplies. Sweep patio area and dust patio furniture. Wash inside and outside windows and doors. Sets up & remove tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, events, and activities Clean up after events as needed Vacuum carpets and mop floors Report any shortage of janitorial, maintenance or café supplies to the Onsite Manager Report any damage, burned out light bulbs and/or plumbing problems to the Onsite Manager. Work a minimum of 4 days for 6-hour shifts Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be willing to work weekends and some holidays. Must be able to follow written or verbal instruction. High school diploma 1 year of customer service experience preferred Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 50 lbs.
