Schedule :
Monday thru Saturday schedule hours vary – No Sundays Guaranteed Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set and prepare for appointments with customers Greet and consult with customers regarding applicable maintenance specials Provide superior customer satisfaction Distribute work between technicians efficiently Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates Collect payment from customers Clean and maintain work environment to ensure workplace safety Follow all Company procedures and standards Perform all duties as assigned Qualifications for this job: Must be at least 18 years old Excellent customer service skills Must have professional appearance Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong time management skills Basic vehicle knowledge Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines Must be able to pass background screening and drug test Benefits package for full time employees includes: Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Paid Basic Employer Life Insurance Additional Supplemental Insurance Wellness Program 401(k) Plan with match Paid Time Off Employee Purchase Program Training Programs We are a Drug Free Work Place and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
