The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, and supporting various operational tasks. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with their inquiries or requests. Drive vehicles, including manual transmission cars, safely and efficiently. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Provide valet parking services as needed, ensuring vehicles are parked securely. Assist with deliveries and ensure timely transportation of items as required. Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including parking lots and service areas. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Offer excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Support additional tasks as assigned by management to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with valet parking procedures is a plus. Experience driving various types of vehicles, including manual transmission, is desirable.
