Traffic Attendant Northview Transport LLC Milledgeville, GA 31061 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle parking and retrieval, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with parking their vehicles. Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner. Manage cash handling and operate cash registers accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Communicate effectively with customers regarding parking procedures and policies. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit. Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions efficiently. Drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission, as needed. Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring the highest level of care for each vehicle. Requirements Previous experience in a dealership or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating cash registers.
