The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the parking operations efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring all vehicles are parked according to company policies. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations if required. Assist with valet parking services when necessary, demonstrating safe driving practices. Communicate effectively with team members and guests, providing information about services offered. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while on duty. Assist in managing the flow of traffic in the parking area to maximize space utilization. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission if applicable. Experience in valet parking or working at a dealership is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
