We are dedicated to enhancing our customers’ motorcycling experience through quality products and exceptional service in a low pressure management environment. Summary We are seeking an entry level tech who can also write/consult on service work to join our team at Wooly’s Cycles of Atlanta. This role is essential in supporting our service department by ensuring that all customer needs are addressed. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and organization of motorcycles for service and repair. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area. Support mechanics by providing necessary work order and parts as needed. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and recommendations. Participate in upselling additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Basic knowledge of motorcycle mechanics required. Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively. Fluent in English and Spanish Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A willingness to learn and adapt within the powersports service industry.
