Valet Attendant South Parking Services 585 Franklin Gateway SE, Marietta, GA 30067 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parking area, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles, and providing excellent guest services. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas. Monitor the parking lot to ensure efficient use of space and prevent congestion. Provide directions and information to guests regarding parking policies and procedures. Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts using a cash register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality guest services are delivered consistently. Perform valet parking duties as needed, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and securely. Experience Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail math is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using a cash register is advantageous.
