Atlanta, GA Job Details Seasonal $14 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer service High school diploma or GED Driver’s License Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description We are seeking friendly, dependable, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as a Special Events Parking Ambassador . In this role, you will assist guests with parking guidance, traffic flow, and directions during high-volume special events. As the first and last point of contact for many attendees, your professionalism and customer service are essential to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and direct guests to appropriate parking areas in a safe and efficient manner Monitor and maintain traffic flow within lots and surrounding areas Assist with wayfinding, answer basic guest questions, and provide excellent customer service Communicate clearly with fellow ambassadors, flaggers, and supervisors via radio or hand signals Set up and remove cones, signage, and barricades before and after events Identify and report any safety hazards, incidents, or suspicious activity Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event Stand and work outdoors for the duration of shifts, in various weather conditions

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in parking, traffic control, or customer service is a plus Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or confrontational situations. Must be able to pass background check No visible offensive, face or neck tattoos

Work Conditions:

Outdoor work in all weather conditions. Flexible schedule may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. May involve walking long distances and standing for extended periods. Be part of a team that keeps events running smoothly while creating a safe and welcoming environment for all guests!
