Summary:
Directly supervise and coordinate activities of transportation and facility employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Ensure employees clock in and perform their duties as required for their shift. o Monitor facility maintenance to ensure it is clean and maintained according to company standards. o Enforce safety rules and regulations. o Report vehicle accidents or employee injuries as set forth by company policy. o Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution. o Assist in other capacities and departments as needed. o Audit daily work of Guest Ambassadors and Drivers. o Keep bottled water for guests stocked throughout shift. o Respond accordingly if a shift needs to be filled, find coverage. o Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methods, or customer services. o Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
o High school education or equivalent; some college preferred o Some supervisory experience required o A valid state drivers license with a current address and acceptable driving record required
